I upgraded my hornet with the progress and it is now 50/50 but it is still written that it is M0, Can someone tell me what to do to upgrade it M1?

You got 100% discount on Hornet M1 but Hornet M2 is already unlocked at your rank so you can't get Hornet M1. You can only get the highest modification available at your rank.
