i have a problem with double card and want to answer
hi . the double card did not arrive about more than two weeks ago, what is the problem ? and any solves ?

It's not a problem at all. Double Crystal Card is given randomly, you may get lucky enough to get one soon enough.

for more than 2 weeks ! it's the first time that happend . it may be a problem in my accounte pls how i know that ?

Don't worry - accounts don't have that kind of problems :). Getting DCC as daily bonus only requires some luck!
