how do you fix the problem where you can join a game and play but not shoot or kill other players, and collecting boxes are sometimes a problem too?
how do you fix a in game shooting problem where you can see yourself shoot ut it dose not register in the game as firing/

It is just a bug, mainly happens when you are using Chrome browser. I strongly recmommend you to use either Firefox or Standalone Flash Player.
