i got banned for application of retreiving acc

hello my nick is : domagojce which is gotten banned because i wrote letter for retrieve account and i needed to change my email but admins banned me,it would have been better that all the time i was getting server connection closed instead of me getting banned i needed to change my email because somone knew my password and someone was playing on my account and i had lost the email's password. looking forward for a reply take care...i hope you will pay alot attention on this topic thankyou
