Ive just watched the newest vlog and heard about the rumors for keeping your account, and when the new tanki is done, do you have to make a new account?

No, you will not have to create a new account. The big thing that everyone is wondering about is whether or not all your account information will be carried over, or you'll just get a rank and be refunded your crystals for all your purchases, etc. Nothing is written in stone yet, so just keep up with the news.
