is there an Australia server?

what would the best server be for an australian player cause im experiencing a bit of ping and fps issues. do u have any ideas on either

I live in Australia, well Perth specifically.

I have a ping of around 180-270.

I hope there is an Australian server or something to fix the ping issue.

All you can do at the moment is deal with it I guess.
