My clan "Darkest Hour" [DH] was Archived

Hi. My clan "Darkest Hour" [DH] was archived and I'm not exactly sure why. Should I contact someone about it and ask them to unarchive it? How do I get it back into Tier 1? Do I have to make a new clan topic?
