What will happen to M3/M2 combination kits

Hi

Just wondering what will happen to M3/M2 combination kits since the rebalance. For example, Bulldozer kit used to become available at my current rank (Lieutenant Colonel), but does not appear for me to purchase. What rank will this kit unlock now?

"It is still available for your rank" .. but I cannot find it in either the garage or the shop. Therefore it is not in the game. You contradict yourself.

Will Bulldozer stay an M3/M2 kit, or become an M2 or M3 only kit?

Kits like Bulldozer are still available for your rank

But as you know kits are not forever in the garage, or the shop

If you didn't find Bulldozer kit on the garage and shop means it is not on the game
