What will happen to M3 product kits after the new update?

Hi.


What will happen to M3 product kits after the proposed update? Because all M3s will only become available normally at Marshall, will there be no M3 kits available at say a brigadier rank? If not, when will M3 product kits start unlocking?

All M3 product kits will be unlocked at the rank of Lieutenant General.
