i cant trun my gun or open fire please help me!

the z x c and space bar are not working at all the only thing i can do is just move around the map please help me out here!

When This Happens All You Have To Do Is Click On Your Tank 2 Times You Will Enter Fullscreen, Then Just Press W or A or S or D And Now You Can Play Normally

Have you tried using alternative turret controls, such as <, > and ? keys?

Its Because You've Turned Your Mouse Controls On

Go To Settings and Uncheck Mouse Controls.
