Do you get blocked if you kill people when they are doing parkour even if it is not a parkour battle?

It ticks me off when I join a death match and people are doing parkour. I tell them if they want to do parkour then they should make a parkour battle. I want to know if you get blocked for killing people when doing parkour even though it is not a parkour battle.
