hello ,

you write this => Reloading -25%

what this mean? my reload time is 0/500 , what will happened for my reload time with this alteration?

Ricochet's reloading means pause between shots. It means the time of pause between consecutive shots will increase and that is a minus point for this alteration. The plus point is that, the speed and range will get doubled.
