why did kits change for third lieutenant their was the tornado kit with hornet m2 railgun m2 and paint spark as soon as I ranked up it was gone and replaced with boar kit what happed to the tornado kit ????

Kits are in the game for a limited amount of time. Kits get removed from the game as soon as their "lifetime" in Garage ends. Soon or later current kits will be removed and new ones will come to replace them. Hopefully Tornado kit will be among the next ones.

No one can give an exact date, sorry. Wait for the old kits to get removed - that's when new ones are added to the game.
