Tanki Online Downloadable Client not Loading

Hello helpers! I am here to ask a question that is bugging my downloadable client. What is it exactly? Well, I downloaded the Downloadable Tanki Online Client just yesterday. I installed it, and opened it. After wards, the loading screened appeared (The same loading screen as Tanki Online). I waited 2 hours and it didn't finish. HELP!



Follow the procedure below.

  1. Uninstall the game client.
  2. Go to: %APPDATA%/../Roaming/TankiOnline
  3. Delete "Local Store" folder.
  4. Re-install the game client.

When you're in a battle and then you minimize it, after sometime it just freezes up and i lost battles for no reason and it doesn't respond after 5 minutes so the battle finishes and i get no cry

I also don't know how to solve that. And why would you minimize it in the first place?


Can you please elaborate your problem?

Bro i said to tanki online but they said that you have problem in your firewall

so how to fix it???

Well, mine was caused when I transferred files between accounts on my computer because my main computer account decided to crap out and I had to make a new account and transfer the files, the Tanki launcher didn't agree with this nor any other game I'd downloaded and I had to factory reset my computer. That fixed it for me.


Anyone understand this? :/

And also sometimes when I'm in a battle, I've got "An error occurred" popup (I'm using WiFi with high connection speed) plus I'm not spawned when destroyed! Need help please :/

The error says something about internet connection. By the way, have you tried the solution posted above?

Is that the latest version of game client? If not, download it from the homepage. Also make sure your firewall or anti-virus is not blocking the app.

Connection error! Check access to the Internet.

There is a small tool which can help you copy symbols that you can't "highlight-copy" usually.


same with nearly every time even though I have very fast internet.

The "An error occurred" error message happens when something goes wrong and the battle just crashes, it's happened to me and everyone in the battle had to refresh because of it.


This has nothing to do with client. It was a server error.

That's pretty much what I said, but thanks for clarifying it if my explanation was confusing.

how to fix this application requires a version of adobe air which cant be found.plz help

It does not require Adobe Air. Sometimes it may say Adobe Air has crashed due to internet problems, but there is nothing to worry about. Once your interenet will be back, it can work.


Hello, I have a small Problem.

waw thanks alot shoaib i did exactly what u said i unistalled it then i went to %APPDATA%/../Roaming/TankiOnline then i deleted the local store folder then i installed the client and bam the client now load.

Cough. You are not supposed to search it on the web. Go to 'My Computer', or 'This PC'. See the large bar on the above with some text like "C://Drive//Stuff like this"? Click on it, erase all the text, and enter the text:

Clear your browser's cache and try again.

If the problem persists, try running the game on the official client OR standalone flash player.

I have followed all three steps above twice please help me before Halloween.

I am using downloadable client too this has never happened before I have been playing for nearly two years

Hello, I can not enter the game, but through the browser it works, Please Help me!!

when i uninstal the game i dont have any folder with "tanki online" :S

If so, just follow the procedure Number 2 and 3.

If the error occurs continuously and you cannot enter the game:
1. Reset your router, then restart your computer.
2. Clean Flash Shared Objects.
If the problem occurs occasionally, most likely this is happening due to the instability of your internet connection.

There are soooo many bugs&glitches&problems I wonder when they all will be solved permanently.Never I think sooo sad.I really loved <3 this game.

I got addicted to it the first time I saw it.

I have four or five problems of my own in Tanki nowadays.

Mine has not been working since last Sunday.

Server configuration loading error: Error #2032 this is showing when i enter the game

Means your internet connection is slow to load in the game, restart your router and see if it helps.

I have tried but it still didn't work and by the way if my Internet connection is slow why didn't it stop working before and did it stop working now does it have a mind of lts own

I am OSX sierra user, and when i try to open the app, the icon pops up on the dock for a second, then closes. Help?

Have you followed the steps provided >>HERE<< ? If the problem still persists try using Standalone Flash Player to run the game.

I am getting the Library Loading Error when trying to sign in with the downloadable client. Sometimes it doesn't load at all and gives the AdobeAir error message in Russian. I have tried:

1. restarting my modem/internet connection

2. Cleared cache/history etc in Chrome, IE and Edge

3. Updated FlashPlayer and cleared its cache

4. Cleared the Tanki cache by deleting that folder in the Random Apps link thing in the file folders

5. Uninstalled and reinstalled the download client ensuring to delete that Tanki folder in between. Did this a couple of times.

6. I tried checking my antivirus program i have BitDefender free version and didn't see anything in there that would be blocking it but didn't really know for sure what to look for.

I am not sure what else to try. It seems the issue started for me after that update with the mission chains/battle length last Thursday i think it was. I have another older computer which was giving the same errors too. I just tried it on that one and it does load now and lets me sign in on the download client. But I still cannot do it on this computer for some reason. Any other ideas? 

By Random Apps i meant going here %APPDATA%/../Roaming/TankiOnline and deleting the Local Store folder

This error only happens because of 2 reasons.

1. During the server update. Which happens everyday at 2 AM (utc 0). It only lasts for 2 mins and after that you can rejoin.

2. When your Internet is not working.

Next time when you see this error please check the time and your Internet connection.

My internet was still working for other sites etc so i didn't think it would be that. I ran a speedtest and found i had very low download speed though. like 2-3 Mbps. Unplugged and then restarted modem (before i just turned it off and on again). Speed is back where it should be, around 60 Mbps. Download client is working ok again now. Thanks for the help!

The New Problem is that now with the Update of MMS the game continues to crash once i Click on either Continue or Exit buttons here is the screen shot.

Hello, I am Old Gamer in TO.

From 2014 I am using this game. But I came to a new problem facing from 3 days ago in the client.

When I start TO I can play in Matchmaking match which one played for to complete challenge. but when it comes to someone invite to any non-pro battle or when I want to check some pro battle and click in Open List. is like One Green Water Just Loading the Here.(Jokes part). It's just loading on it. Still the full game is good but I can't open a  pro battle. so then I can't join a xp/bp. please solve this for me. I need to play.


There was previously a maintenance for the XP/BP system so that's why the mode was offline for a couple of days. Check if it's been fixed by now. If not, then 

Check if your internet is properly working to load the cache.

Next time when you see this error please check the time and your Internet connection.

Hello helpers! My Flash client is working properly. But due to restrictions, I downloaded HTML5 Client. Even though I have good internet connection, only blank black screen appears when I open it. I keep waiting for hours, still the same.....

I and my kids have been playing Tankionline for the last 3 years or so. Recently the flash version stopped working. The New version is not working properly. It is too slow to play. It stucks too. We tried a lot but still, we cannot make it smoother and to work normally as it used to. Is there any solution to the problem or we have to say goodbye to Tanki.

I apologize for the delayed response. Adobe is discontinuing Flash by the end of this year, 2020, and hence there are several restrictions (latest restriction) placed on the Flash version (Browser/Client - Windows/macOS) of the game, to move players to the new HTML5 version (Browser/Client) before it is too late for a smooth transition.

It could be slow due to several reasons. Please try the following solutions and let me know if they were helpful. Good luck! :)

1) Clear cache (Browser/Client).
2) Check if you have enough RAM. Based on my experience, I recommend at least 6-8 GB of RAM, if it's less, please consider increasing it.

3) Check if your computer overheats by running this application. If it does, please follow these steps.

4) Check the speed of your internet connection here. If it's slow (Less than 3 Mbps download and 0.5 Mbps upload), please follow these steps.

5) Play on a browser instead. (Or on the client, vice-versa - whichever runs better).
