Error: upload is not allowed for current user/You are not allowed to use the private messaging system

Hi,


Every single time i try to upload a profile picture or access the Private Messaging System it says 'Error: upload is not allowed for current user' and 'You are not allowed to use the private messaging system'. Hope you can help.

Players don't have rights to upload the profile picture.

Thanks. So who can post a profile picture? Also the problem about the PM error is no longer there.

Only support agents have rights to change the profile picture.
