The vote command lets you complain about players in battle. You can complain if the player is sabotaging or using 3rd-party software to gain advantage.
To complain, use the following command: /vote Nickname

I think I was voted by this person "abubaschir_der_beste" cz I destroyed his tank during a gold box chase..lol. Then he used abusive language on public and threatened to vote me. Just wanted to let the admins know.

Use the ignore option if someone is annoying you.  You won't see there provocations and there won't be any obstructions between you, the chat and the battle.
