how to control turret with mouse

how can i control tanks turret with the mouse? i was able to do it before but now it doesntwork. some one said look in settings and tick a box that said mouse controls i dont even have that box

Mouse control is available on Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Standalone Flash Player.

Go to settings and enable mouse control.
Mouse controls are not supported on Chrome and Safari, you'll have to use another browser.
