I can't write on chat and i am trying to have some fun and tried to make my own game and only railgun but the chat isfor bigger ranks what is kinda racist too...

Now you can chat as you have reached the Master Sergeant rank, which is required to unlock the chat feature. I'd recommend you to join the server according to your rank, the most white one in the server list. And if someone is harassing you, just use the " /ignore nickname " command and you'll never see that player's messages again.
