What is the difference between Tanki's Forum clans and Tanki's StarLadder clans? I would like to know what makes them so different from each other and how to get your clan on the AM series.

There's no real difference between them.
Clans' forum page is for recognition, comments and sometimes for accepting applications. Their SLTV page contains statistics about their previous matches and the dates of their next ones.
Clans don't need to have a forum page. When a clan is registered in SL, it's automatically delivered to AM series.
