Yes, it is possible to get Gold box supply as a mission reward. Though your rank must be Warrent Officer 1 or higher, the higher the rank, the greater the chance of getting that reward.

How often do you get these missions? i GOT THIS ONLY ONCE AND THAT TOO ONLY 1 GOLD BOX
