I recently saw the profile of this player called 'Serene' and her category read - ForumProblemModeratorsEN.

What is the function of a problem moderator, and how is it different from a forum mod and arbour partition mod?

Serene is a Tester and one of the Wiki Administrators (RU Community). She speaks English, and from now on she'll be monitoring Problems and Solutions section from time to time.
