if i had a premium(just claimed) and all of a sudden the server updates at a unusual time and when it does come back online my premium is already finish with no use of it...i am asking if u can give me back my premium after this happens?

Sorry, there's no way to return the already used time of premium. Please be more careful next time and claim the reward before server restart.
it happen to me last night 3 times in row so if it happen today i wil take screenshot an i wil send
