In TDM maps how many kills I must make for a Gold box?
Sometimes I must make 100 kills and sometimes 4 kills. It is completely random or it is another big sistem?

You just answered your question - it's random! Every time a crystal is added to the fund, the server automatically decides whether or not it should drop a gold.
