Why? Shouldn't game administration keep an eye on all the battles.It ain't our fault.You should pass this message to the administration i am very disappointed.

There are hundreds of battles, the administration cannot keep an eye on all of them, you know. I'm sorry to leave you disappointed, but if there's no proof they cannot give you the crystals.
