is there still a hidden room on ping pong

No, it was for the purposes of "The Game" one of the developers liked to play ping pong so they made a Easter egg in it for the game it is gone now. On holidays they usually put Easter eggs like this in the game.

No that hidden room is not still in the game.
It was only added for a short period of time for that contest "The Game"
