You can't. But you can post this idea here. For now you have to stick with mouse and keyboard.

Hey Lieu,

Tanki Online doesn't support game controllers to play the game. You can, however, play the PC version of the game using both a keyboard and mouse or simply a keyboard alone, and the touchscreen feature in the game's Mobile version.
