If I fully micro upgrade a turret or hull to 100% can I get the next modification free but in a kit?
I am Major rank and I have m2 hornet and m2 rail and I am going to fully micro upgrade both. But when I get to Colonel rank I want to buy a kit with m3 hornet (such as the 'huntsman' kit) but will I get the kit at a discount because my m2 hornet is fully micro upgraded?

If you fully micro upgrade any M2, you'll get 100% discount on M3, both as separate and in the kit.
