This is very annoying. I put in a screenshot and a description and it doesn't even show up. -Yet another glitch.
I will describe what has happened here as it is not in the original post.
Here is a picture from the game. It says that I am a rookie when , if you look at my rank, I am not. I cannot use any chat. Any help?

Changing the availability of the lobby chat by rank. Before this, the lobby chat, which every player sees upon logging into the game (unless of course it's turned off in the settings), was available from the Gefreiter rank. Now, however, it will be available from Master-sergeant and above.
