Is battle fund same on every player?
Will the battle fund be the same on every rank?
Or battle fund is lower on a player with lower rank and higher on a higher rank?
What do I mean? If I kill Generalissimo and for exp. Warrant office I will the battle fund be same?

Battle fund depends on rank. The higher the battle's rank limit, the higher the battle fund. And you are right there, destroying a higher rank player will add more crystals in battle fund than destroying a lower rank player does.
