Can I create a clan if I am lower than third lieutenant?
I want to create a clan with my friends, but when I check the wiki, it says that members have to be third lieutenant an leader has to be like major. All of us are too low rank, but am I allowed to create a clan with my friends?

Yes, you are allowed to make a new clan. The wiki is not fully updated on all of its sources that it contains yet. Here are some links that you might want to see on making a clan.

M2 clans are the lowest, so if you and your friends have M2/M2 combos, then you can create one. :)

Thank you all, I then just have to get m2 stuff to create a clan, not wait to get such high rank. :D
