This is an issue that is beyond our control.

If you still need an answer( because its an old post). Here is it.
You have to send a message to tanki support team, so they will give you another mail ID for payment wall support section. There you can file a complaint by sending them a message. They will get to you ASAP.
Or else when you get this page, http://prntscr.com/7ui6bs , there is an option called "start an inquiry" click that and you want to upload a picture of your debit/credit card payment statement (purchase statement) which you have been already done. Then also they will do the same. If you don't have any details of your last transaction with them then you have to use another payment method.
