I had picked the epic guards to win and they did. But i didn't get their paint job and crystals as a promised reward. I would like to know why and how it can be fixed (if possible).

The crystals were "promised" to the players who chose the winner's paint
(ALL IN). eGuards did not win, therefore the players who had bought
their paint will not receive crystals this time.

Yes, eGuards won Arcade and went to the superfinal, but they couldn't win All In there.
