You'll have to contact help@tankionline.com and be prepared to pay a hefty 100k crystal fee for the change.
You cannot change your nickname with any other player. But if you want to do so, that player must change his nickname to something else which would cost him 100k cry. Then, you have to mail to help@tankionline.com that you want to change your nickname. It would cost 100k cry.
