Reporting?

How do I report someone? I have been very disappointed to find tankers swearing, scamming, insulting, being very inappropriate, and just plainly breaking the Tanki rules. Its my goal not just to do well in the game but to make Tanki a better place for tanker just to play and have a good time. Please get back to me.
