Will I lose crystals/experience points and items from my account if I reset my computer?

Hello,

My PC have problems and I want to reset my computer. Will I lose crystals/experience points and items from my account and become a recruit again if I reset my computer?

No you wont, tanki online uses an online database to store its data not locally(on the PC)

So you may change or reset you computer without the fear of losing your account, just remember your nickname and password, attaching to an email is recommended.

And with these steps you are good to go.
