I've been looking around the forums I could not find this information. Sorry if is has already been answered.
Q: Is power leveling against the rules only when it is done with accounts owned by the same person? What is you want to use this kind of technique to get lots of crystals or exp with friends?

Power-leveling of any kind is strictly forbidden by the rules. It doesn't matter if you use your alt accounts or do it with your friends — in both cases it's punishable.
