i want to know till which rank is the prometheus kit is available?? , i mean till which rank u can buy the prometheus kit ??

If a player already has 50% (2 out of 3) items in that kit, he won't be able to see/purchase that kit because he won't get any discount.
It is available from marshal to commander as fire m3 unlocks at commander. The kit is gone when you pass the unlock rank of all the materials in it
