i can't recover my old account

Dear tanki staff,

about 6-7 years ago i had an account with 1 of these 2 emails (at_jays@hotmail.com or bverbaarschot@home.nl) yet it says with both of them that there never was an account under these emails, is it possible that my account got blocked?

I am kindly asking for a recovery of this account because a lot of time has gone into the game and i had advanced quiet far back then. 

I am looking forward to a response
