Can anyone drop a gold box?

Godmode_on can drop them if you destroy his tank but sometimes 3 gold boxes spawn one right after the last is picked up, is it a developer dropping them or a hacker? Godmode hasn't been in any of the battles.

No player can drop Gold Boxes, this includes hackers. Developers technically could if they wished to, but that's not something they do. This is simply good fortune for you due to the server.
