Test Server lags or something else

I am writing about a problem here to do with the test servers, today me and a couple of tankers maybe more have been affected by a problem, it is shown some of the side effects were foul play( i got affected by the disconnection due to this), earning a score higher than the specific amount, and going above 1000 in a cp battle, this problem has been caused by either the test server needs to be repaired or it hasnt been checked on thoroughly, i am sorry if im accusing u of any of his but me personally no pressure but i want it to be fixed as sson as possible because me and all of the tankers enjoy the test servers thank u

i jus found out its only affecting RU 4 RU 5 seems clean
