Calm_CJ MOP paint

While I was playing I saw a player called Calm_CJ with Masters of Parkour Paint , He didn't win the contest
Are we still able to get MOP paint in other way?

No, there's no other way to get the paint.
Several players have told that they have the paint in their Garage, but after server restart they've lost it. The paint is present in winners' Garages only.
