acc is deleted

my name is jim.helmich and a wanted to play tankionline becaus i played a half year ago a lot of tanki but i loged in and saw that my whole acc was deleted i was general and i had a thunder m3 whit a vespa m2 and i had around 100.000 kristals but now everything is gone???? could you pleas fix this problem
