can i drop the gold box?

Yes you can. If you already have the Gold box supply, you can drop it in battles where supplies are enabled by pressing the 6 key. If you don't have the Gold box supply, you can purchase it from the Shop, or can get it as a reward by completing a mission. But those missions are rare to get.
