Can we post a Question with Answer in Help section?

My question is.. can we post a Question with Answer in Help section. So that other people will know how to do the thing or will know the answer. for example- I want to creat a topic on, How to change picture  or name in Help section.

No, we only accept questions, and then from there, we handle putting out the answers. Though your interest is indeed appreciated.
