Predator kit

When i finally rank up to sergeant-major, few minutes ago, i got a message which said that i got predator kit, as a reward but i don t have it now!!! Why? When i ll have it?

You didn't get the kit as a reward. It just informed that you can buy the kit now, starting from that rank.
