Doesnt load

I've noticed that every time i tried to play on ''Battles" when i join a server it dose not load for some reason I've tryed to tke out every thing but it still dose not load. i did, disable Ad block, Refresh, and restart my computer, also i whent on the firefox browser and still the same problem. I play on a computer that is Dell and i run the Crome browser. Thank you i love your game :)
