Why is there not a GameMode where The Amount of Damage Effects the score of the player?

Why is there not a GameMode where The Amount of Damage Effects the score of the player? if there was, not only would the score be more fair, but the compensation for more damage dealt would be better. Another problem with scoring with the kill/death rate is that if you do the majority of the damage to a player and another player shoots him on low life, you do not get compensated for that.

Currently the score system is based on kills, assists and other battle mode tasks. You do get some EXP if the low health enemy is killed by another teammate in a short period of time.

Thank you. This may be a way for a new scoring system for a Gamemode in the future.
