Getting a gold box but not the crystals in a battle
I was on a Brest map playing TDM, when a gold box was dropping. I was the one who got it but when I looked at my crystals to see the amount go up by 1000, it did not happen. Can anyone help me with this?

Problem solved
Make sure that you didn't catch a black GoldBox instead of the casual one. If you caught a casual one and still didn't get the crystals, please fill in this form.
