I wanted to ask that if a person is in a clan can he join PRO Battles without a pass?

I have read that if your position in a clan is Private or higher you don't need a PRO Battle pass to join a PRO Battle.

Please answer quickly.

I am an officer in my Clan But last week I had to buy a PRO battle pass again, please fix this issue.
