I never got a response after i reported a payment problem
I never got the crystals that i paid for, and when i sent the payment report tanki said that they will investigate the problem and add the missing crystals after they investigate the problem but its been almost 2 days and i still havent got the missing crystals.

They are very busy, and two days is very little time. They will indeed get to it and handle your issue, please be patient.

I have been blocked for more than a year. I find it unreasonable that they want a pdf of my bank account statement. NO one has contacted me, even AFTER sending the pdf document. I have missed Christmas, and now am missing Tanki Birthday. This is so very frustrating and quite a let down.
